Claude Organizer ("the extension") is a browser extension that helps you organize your conversations on claude.ai. This policy explains, in plain language, what data the extension does and does not handle.
Nothing is sent to us. Claude Organizer has no servers and no analytics. The folders, saved chat titles, links and bookmarks you create are stored only in your own browser using Chrome's local storage. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.
When you export a conversation, the extension reads the content of that chat directly from the claude.ai page in your browser and turns it into a file or copies it to your clipboard. This happens entirely on your own computer. The conversation content is not uploaded anywhere.
If you purchase a Pro plan, payment is processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. To unlock Pro, the extension sends only your license key to Lemon Squeezy's servers to confirm it is valid. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle payment information.

Because all data lives in your browser, you are always in control. Removing a folder or chat in the extension deletes it immediately, and uninstalling the extension removes all of its stored data.
Claude Organizer Pro is a digital product delivered instantly as a license key. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license key has not been activated. Once a key has been activated, the product is considered used and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
