Everything you need to get the most out of Claude Organizer.
After installing Claude Organizer, open claude.ai. A small folder button (📂) appears in the bottom corner of the page. Click it to open the organizer panel. Nothing about how you use Claude changes. The panel simply sits alongside it.
Everything you do here is stored locally in your own browser. There is no account and nothing to sign up for.
In the panel, under FOLDERS, click + New and give it a name (for example Work, Research, Ideas).
Open the Claude conversation you want to save, then click the + next to a folder to add the current chat there. You can also click + Add current chat at the top.
Use the search box at the top to instantly filter your saved chats by title. Click the star on any chat to bookmark it. Bookmarked chats show at the top so your most-used conversations are always one click away.
Open a Claude chat, choose a format (Markdown, plain text or JSON), then click Download to save it as a file or Copy to paste it anywhere.
The free plan includes 3 full-conversation exports. Pro unlocks unlimited exports and lets you export a whole folder at once (bulk export) using the download icon on a folder.
Your folders and saved chats live in your browser. To move them to another browser or computer, use the buttons at the bottom of the folders list:
Free includes folders (up to 4), search, bookmarks, drag & drop, and 3 full-chat exports.
Pro adds unlimited folders, unlimited full-chat exports, bulk export of a whole folder, and all formats (Markdown, text, JSON). Pro is €4.99 per month or €34.99 once (lifetime).
After buying Pro you receive a license key by email. In the panel, open Upgrade to Pro, click "Already have a key?", paste your key and click Activate.
Your key works on up to 5 devices. Just install the extension on another browser or computer and activate the same key there.
Activate your key on the new device. If you have already used all 5 slots, open the panel on a device you no longer use and click Deactivate device to free a slot, or email us and we will free one for you.
When you are on Pro, a Deactivate device button appears at the bottom of the folders list. It releases this device so your key can be used elsewhere. You can re-activate any time with your key.
Claude Organizer runs entirely in your browser. It has no servers and never uploads your conversations or your data. The only network request it ever makes is to verify your Pro license key with our payment provider. See our Privacy Policy.
Make sure you are on claude.ai and refresh the page. The 📂 button sits in the bottom corner.
Paste your license key in the panel (Upgrade to Pro → Already have a key?) and click Activate. The key is in your purchase email.
You have activated it on 5 devices. Deactivate one you no longer use, or email us to reset a slot.
Export a backup first (bottom of the folders list), then Import it after reinstalling. We recommend keeping a backup file.
Yes. Everything stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
